The Baseball QLD Futures league was opened on Wednesday evening by Mr Chris Norrie, BQ Commissioner and Mr Nev Brockie, BQ Hall of Fame & Life Member. Chris welcomed and thanked all person involved, and the sponsors with bringing the Futures League to life. Mr Nev Brockie threw the ceremonial first pitch at each game.
David Nilsson representing the Brisbane Bandits attended to oversee that talent on display, which further supports the new Baseball QLD and Brisbane Bandits partnership.
