Office365 and Google Workspace are offered to Not For Profit organisations free of charge.
Dropbox offer a discount to Not For Profit organisations, but information on that discount is not public.

Getting Started
You can begin registration for Microsoft365 here, please note that Microsoft also use Connecting Up to verify your status as an eligible Not for Profit, however, it looks like it’s part of the registration not a prerequisite.

Getting Started
In order to prove eligibility as a not-for-profit organisation, you must register with Connecting Up. Please note; you will have to provide a few documents to confirm your clubs’ status as a not-for-profit.

Google also offer other services to not-for-profits. Google Ad Grants, YouTube Nonprofit Program and Google Maps Platform credits. Find out more here.

Dropbox
Dropbox are a cloud storage solution. They only offer discounted access to Not for Profit organisations. These are not publicly posted, so you’d have to contact them for further information.
