U18 SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT

U18 SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT

“Heading into my second year of managing our under 18 QLD state representative players, I am excited by the growth of baseball and the development of our athletes. This year’s Showcase event allowed close to 70 athletes to play in 4 days of competition. Our panel has now picked a large roster of players to work toward the AYC23 Event in January. I’m energised about our expanding game and the playing opportunities from grassroots to high performance.”

“I am stoked and very thankful for the opportunity to be involved with these young athletes and guide them through their 1st venture into national-level baseball.

The showcase was a different approach this year and 49 players got to showcase themselves over 5 days of competitive baseball. We believe we have picked a strong 30-man squad which is going to make it very tough for the coaching staff to cut it down to the final 20. It is an exciting opportunity for all of these young athletes to push themselves against the best young talent in the state.”
